FAQ

All timepieces are covered by a limited mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. Watches over 20 years of age include a three month warranty, while pieces under 20 years of age include a six month warranty. This warranty covers mechanical faults under normal use and does not extend to accidental damage, water ingress, misuse or general wear. Any issues must be reported within the warranty period for assessment.

Returns are accepted within a reasonable timeframe if an item is found to significantly deviate from its description or is deemed incorrect or faulty. To be eligible, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, without alteration or additional wear. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and thoroughly inspected. Please note that all serial numbers are recorded prior to dispatch and must correspond exactly for a return to be approved.

All timepieces are carefully inspected and confirmed authentic prior to sale. Each watch is original to its reference unless otherwise stated. Where service parts or aftermarket additions are present, they will be clearly disclosed in the listing. Any justified deviation from this policy constitutes grounds for a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
