An exceptionally rare Australian military-issued Lemania automatic chronograph dating to 1981 and bearing Australian Defence Force issue markings.

This example is accompanied by its original Australian Department of Defence exchange/return tag, which records the matching stock number 6645-66-071-8382 and identifies the item as a wrist watch. The watch was purchased through military surplus auctions at RAAF bases in New South Wales, giving it particularly strong provenance.

A seriously rare Australian military chronograph, made considerably more interesting by the survival of its original Department of Defence disposal/exchange tag.
